Dear all,

according to a presentation given by Eric Ormsby (Health Canada, Therapeutic Products Directorate) at the BioInternational 2008 the method proposed by Potvin et al. (2007) “should be considered when variation and expected mean differences are uncertain” and will be implemented in the new Canadian guidances (drafts expected for late winter this year).
I talked to a couple of members of the EMEA’s PK group about ambiguities in the current draft and they suggested to send comments to EMEA especially referring to this paper.
