Dear all,
Bear installation for Windows 10/11 is back to normal. I just uploaded the updated "preinst.r" and "bw_preinst.r" (under bear directory) to SourceForge. Please check the download site (or my signature panel below if you don't know where it was). I cannot put any URL here. Sorry about this. Thanks for your patience.
