I read your posts with great interest and wondered for the following: If one conducts untransformed PK metric ANOVA analysis and then calculates ratio and 90% Fieller's confidence intervals using the CI.RatioF function, what are the applicable limits – are they still 80–125%?

I would appreciate your advice on this point.
