Bioequivalence study in Multiple countries [Study Per­for­mance]

Hello:

I want to see if anyone have an experience in running bioequivalence study in patients across more than one geographic region (Asia and Europe, Asia, North America Asia Mexico/Middle East). Usually BE studies are quick and confined to one country and uniform demographic population. Want to know are there any advantages or challenges in running a Bioequivalence study in multiple countries from the operational, compliance or any other issues.

Your feed back is highly appreciated as I am struggling with a patient population that is hard to recruit and retain.
