That’s not (officially :waving:) supported by Certara. Only ‘classical’ WinNonlin (up to v5.3) had a dedicated command language. Was removed when WNL was integrated in Phoenix v6.0 in 2009.

However, there is an option to ‘lock’ workflows within a project-file:

Once NCA is performed in a blinded manner, lock it and proceed as usual (import the randomization, unblind data, BE).
