Actually, i have to write a SOP for integration and re-integration of chromatogram peaks like it is recommanded by the guidelines, and i wanted please to be oriented to make a good work,

so i neeed to know what are the basic points that i should cover in this SOP,

And i want any document that could help me to find when chromatograms required reintegration, including any manual integrations, and the reasons for reintegration,
