❝ Alfredo García-Arieta (Spanish agency AEMPS) notified me that in v1.2 there is no need any more for the workaround to get a fixed seed.

Currently V 1.3 is available and i guess they fixed lot of issues in current version.
@Helmut I am using V1.3 and in software bundle source code was not found. any chance to get source code if its available with you.
I have verified the results with Pheq 1.2 Vs Bootf2bca v 1.3 and found similar result using article examples (Comparison of free software platforms for the calculation of the 90% confidence interval of f2 similarity factor by bootstrap analysis

Very minor differences which corrected with rounding off.
