Dear Helmut,

»  Sequence effect / carryover (not relevant)
»  Period effect (not relevant unless the study is extremely unbalanced)

I like the brown dot ("not for beginners") next to the sentence "If you are asked by a regulatory assessor for a ‘justification’, keep calm and answer in a diplomatic way" :-D

Regards

We absolutely must leave room for doubt
or there is no progress and no learning.
There is no learning without having to pose a question.
And a question requires doubt.
People search for certainty.
But there is no certainty.    Richard Feynman
