28 April 2021 Certara released Phoenix 8.3.3 which can be obtained via https://lp.certara.com/Download-Phoenix-8.3.html

Functionally this is very similar to 8.3.2; it addresses some occasional freezing issues that some users were reporting by improving memory management as well as enhancing support for SCCM (silent installation).
