Hello VijithRoy,

❝ Why do we set 95% CI for PD data analysis and 90% CI for PK analysis.? Why not 90% CI for PD data analysis?


can you please be much more specific?
There are lots of 90% CI's used in PD, so in order to get towards an answer for your question can you please give a lot more context including: Where do you submit the dossier, what drug is it, what is your endpoint, did you get sc.advice or do a controlled correspondence with the authority etc?
