Hello. I'm trying to understand the BEAR code. I see that BANOVA.R is the file in which normality tests (Shapiro-Wilk, Pearson, Spearman, ...), and estimates and tests concerning the inter- and intra-subject variability (Pitman-Morgan, etc.) are done. But BANOVA.R seems to only be for non-replicate designs. Where are analogous calculations done for designs including replicates? I looked in RepMIX.R but don't see these types of things calculated.

Thanks,
Jay

There are two possible outcomes: if the result confirms the
hypothesis, then you’ve made a measurement. If the result is
contrary to the hypothesis, then you’ve made a discovery.    Enrico Fermi
