a story from a consultant’s diary.
For 16 years my clients were fine with TCs (phone) and e-mails. Starting in March due to the COVID-19 crisis, many had to work from home and discovered a new toy: Video conferences! Skype, Zoom, Webex, M$ Teams boomed.
In the beginning I had funny conversations like this one:

»We cannot see you!«
»Doesn’t surprise me – I don’t have a webcam.«
»???«

OK, OK. I tried to get one but even the largest stores in Vienna were sold out. End of April I gave in and ordered one from Amazon. Today (yep, after more than three months) it was delivered from Piacenza in Italy.
