When I told this story to a friend, he replied:
As for this funny USP business, I can’t really say I am surprised but their reaction, anymore. I believe the way that each employee sees it is: “Well, I followed the protocol. None can blame me. It’s not my business to save costs or excel at my services. Just follow the letter of the procedure and I am a model employee.”
