...maybe I got you completely wrong, but for me ka ratio varies 48-fold, while cmax ratio only 2.50-fold, pAUC 4.47-fold and cmax/AUC 2.34-fold over the range tested.

So pAUC is indeed the best of all-not-so-wonderful parameters?
