Thanks for your explanation. Didn't really understand but ...

Seen that you only used doses 25 and 250 for Rdnm although there are entries with doses of 50 and 75 mg. But since you are using the fitted (predicted) PK metrics it doesn't matter. And is equivalent to my suggestion.

Don't expect any reaction from Helmut before February. He is down under (New Zealand) and will return earliest at the beginning of February...
