Dear Shuanghe,

❝ ❝ Could you please give a detailed example for what you did here?

❝ Sorry. It seems I didn't explain it clearly. My SAS code is almost the same as yours:

PROC MIXED DATA = smith METHOD = ML;

❝   CLASS subj ;
❝   MODEL lcmax = ldose / DDFM=SATTERTHWAITE CL ALPHA = 0.1 ;
❝   RANDOM INTERCEPT / SUBJECT = subj;
❝   ODS OUTPUT solutionf = out1;

❝ RUN;

❝ ...

Thanks for your explanation. Didn't really understand but ...

Seen that you only used doses 25 and 250 for Rdnm although there are entries with doses of 50 and 75 mg. But since you are using the fitted (predicted) PK metrics it doesn't matter. And is equivalent to my suggestion.

❝ By the way, Helmut, I don't know how to make a table ...

Don't expect any reaction from Helmut before February. He is down under (New Zealand) and will return earliest at the beginning of February...

Regards,

Detlew
