Definition of estimands in PK studies [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear all,

I would like to draw the attention of forum members to ICH E9 R1 and would like to take the opportunity to start a discussion regarding definition of estimands in FIH and BE studies and would be happy to get some thoughts regarding corresponding definitions.
