BE studies register in EU [Regulatives / Guidelines]

If people want to develop below the public radar, they go for non-EU clinics. But look at clintrials.gov and the fines they (in principle) have for non-compliance with filing rules. Never charged anybody for non-compliance from first day up to now. Won't change.
