Yep. Once again: to be lucky is not a crime :-D
and vice versa: if the post-hoc power is -> 100%, you're a hero even if the study was overpowered de facto (i.e. CI [0.98-1.03]).

Seems like they are interested in PK model which is not permitted. No clue so far :-|
