EEU - pharmacokinetic equation??? [Power / Sample Size]

Hi Yura,

» So I understand: imagine the power analysis and draw a conclusion (at low power) that since bioequivalence is established, a posteriori power rating does not affect the findings of the study
Yep. Once again: to be lucky is not a crime :-D
and vice versa: if the post-hoc power is -> 100%, you're a hero even if the study was overpowered de facto (i.e. CI [0.98-1.03]).

» More interesting question: the pharmacokinetic equation and its analysis ...
Good question! Next question!
Seems like they are interested in PK model which is not permitted. No clue so far :-|

Kind regards,
Mittyri
