TSD: CIs for different analytes and metrics [Two-Stage / GS Designs]
Dear All,
I kindly ask you to share your experience regarding CI's implementation in TSD.
I found debatable (at least for the experts in the Netherlands
) example in Helmut's lecture
If the power after 1st stage is less than target power for one metric, should I use extended CIs only for this metric or for all metrics?
If extended CIs should be used for all metrics, do I need to extend it for the second analyte?
