Splitting into groups vs variation [General Sta­tis­tics]

Dear BE-proff,

I do no think that it is always possible to get all subjects, required in study, dosed at the same time. It is not required to have group variable in ANOVA if these groups are made randomly and not based on any specific characteristic of subjects.
