Dear All,

Let's say I have 60 subjects that must be dosed according to BE-protocol.

My study site can accommodate only 15 subjects so that to dose all people I have to split them into several groups.

Does this splitting have an impact on variation of PK?

Should it be analyzed in ANOVA?
