In all likelihood not. "If it doesn't match SAS then it must be wrong", right?
I must read up on the c.c. matter when I have got the time. By the way I wonder if "LS Means" have any meaningful interpretation for mixed models when we are not working with least squares minimisation?? I can't say the definition of LS Means that I have seen in e.g. the SAS help files are particularly helpful to me. Perhaps this is just due to my walnut-sized brain that gives up too quickly...
