Dear Astea,

It is not possible to analyze your data using bear when there is a subject with all zero concentration in one of period. It will fail when doing NCA.

❝ ... Whether is it possible to calculate NCA in BEAR for 4-period crossover (2x2x4) if we have a subject with all zero concentrations in one of the periods? I tried to do this but BEAR declaimed an error...
