The dilemma is we have the concentration data but don't have the actual sampling time. If we treat it as missing data, don't use it in bioequivalence evaluation, would assessor think we are hiding data? Should we include the data in PK analysis and use schedule time to be the "best guess"? One literature suggest to use log linear interpolation (at elimination phase) to minimize the bias (also as your reply). But someone said the assessor will think you are manipulating data.
