❝ We did a typical 2×2 cross-over study for BE study in 23 subjecct. The results (by WinNonlin 6.3) showed the power<0.8 and also not BE (in the "Average Bioequivalence" table). We want to try to evaluate the data by alpha =0.0294 (based on Potvin's Method C).

Hi Xipei,

In WinNonlin 5.2 version, you can put directly 94.12 in Confidence level option box. Check the same in your version.

Regards,

Krishna.
