NTI Drug [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Hi all,

Question, if some regulatory body wants you to answer the question "identify whether your product falls can be considered/not considered as an NTI". How would you answer it? I mean is there a list out there which states the criteria for a drug to be considered/not considered as NTI?
