Dear R-users,

recently I received a request from Sponsor to represent mean PK profile in a box-and-whiskers fashion with application of a mean connection line in one graph. Guess, ggplot2 can do this job, but unfortunately I`m not so familiar with such sofisticated plot-making for PK profile.
Can anyone share idea (R-code?) how to do it? How a data-set can be organized for this graph?
