Hi,all

If whether the statistical analysis result is significant in the overall population or a subpopulation (multicenter study design) could be considered as a significant result for the clinical trail, should the alpha the same as common BE study? Is there any difference in the hypothesis test and statistical analysis process?

Thanks in advance!:-D:-D:-D
