Concerta is a well-known modified release formulation of methylphenidate. Routinely one sees mean plasma concentration time information from studies in the literature. I am looking for a reference to a publication where individual plasma concentration information is reported either as individual profiles or individual plasma concentration time values. My interest lies in the variability in individual profile shape.
