Russian experts are using Helmut's lectures [Off Topic]

Dear Helmut, dear all,

Surfing the russian experts site I've found an article about HVDP (PDF page 7).
I tried to find some new information, because there is no data about appropriate model (fixed or random effects?) in current guideline ("All abovementioned factors should be considered." That's all!)
After the table from Davit et al. - with GMR 1! (PDF page 9) - you can see some screenshots from Mumbai lecture.
Nothing special, just let you know ;-)
BTW I think this lecture is more useful than experts article :-D
