Let me correct my part in my main post: it is not RATIO it is AVERAGE.
Sorry for the mistake.
with addition to this,
I am sure that at some of the places average (mean)is taken. The software use in bio analytical(lims)gives the point by taking average of the two point.
This case only insist me to raise a question on this portal.
