Placing of Calibration Curve in a sequence [Bioanalytics]
Dear Sir,
In the bioanalytical batch organization, most of the time it is observed that the scientist use to inject two calibration curve in a single batch. Among this two curve, one is injected at the beginning of the sequence and the second one is injected at the end of the sequence.
The estimation of y=m x + C done by taking the ratio of this two curve. (If any of the one standard fail in first curve and same standard is meting the acceptance in second curve then that point would be the single other wise ratio would be used for y= m x + c determination).
In this pattern, I have some query about the estimation of linearity as I feel we are using virtual value which is determined by the ratio of two observations. Does it acceptable? Can’t we plot total 16 point and derive the value of y=m x + C?
Kindly come up with your expert comment.
