PTT vs. SPE method [Bioanalytics]

Dear All,

Can anyone give me some light about which method is good PPT or SPE? I am having two validation of same molecule one is validated by using PPT method and second one is validated by using SPE method.

Kindly share advantages and disadvantages of this two methods for my better understanding.
