Dear All,

It is observed that while performing the selectivity, people use to prepare extracted LLOQ in each individual blnak matrix which are screen for any interferance. Now the question is while screening the blank if some thing is observed in analte RT (i.e. 123 area) and same blank is used to prepare Extracted LLOQ. in this method is it possible to get correct or un biased results. What i feel that we should prepare extracted LLOQ in least interfer plasma and should compair with individial blank.

Kindly advice for correct methodology.

Regards,

Auditor
