MRM values in LCMS [Bioanalytics]

Dear all

This is regarding the parameters Q1 and Q3 mass (amu). I would like to know how much variation is acceptable from the set value. For example if Q1 is found to be 413.2C for a molecule during method validation, can it vary between 412.7 to 413.7C during subject analysis. (+5).

Pl also comment if any other parameters (like CUR, CAD, IS, TEM etc) needs to be controlled as part of MRM settings.
