Fail CC point in statistical calculation [Bioanalytics]

Dear Sir,

Kindly clear me on following,

"During validation or subject sample analysis, if any calibration curve point (e.g. CC-STD-02) out of eight calibration curve point is geeting fail then how to handle this fail single calibration curve point while calculating globle %CV and Accurcay."

Option-1: Remove that single point of calibration in globle statistical calculation.

Option-2: Consider that single point of calibration in globle statistical calculation.

Kindly advice me on above mentinoed case.
