Registerpreparation of CC standards for MV [Bioanalytics]
Dear All
we want to validate a method for serum iron estimation for FDA submission. As per FDA guideline CC curve should be prepared in same matrix as that of subject sample, can we proceed with aqeous CC curve and matrix spiked QC samples by considering it as a endogeneous Ligand binding assay?
If yes, any reference for it?
