Dear Members,

Please give me a conclusion for the following:

Drug A (Positive ion mode) Drug B (Negative ion mode)

                       CASE I.
Extraction technique : Protein Precipitation Technique with Acetonitrile.
Column               : C8 column
Mobile Phase         : 1 mM Ammonium acetate solution:
                       formic acid:
                       methanol and acetonitrile
                       [65:17.5:17.5, v/v/v (%)].
Internal Standard    : Only One Internal Standard was used
                       for both the polarities.
Extraction Recoveries: Drug A; LQC: 101%, MQC: 95%, HQC: 90%
                       Drug B; LQC: 36%, MQC: 37%, HQC: 35%
Analytical Run Time  : 6.0 min

                       CASE II.
Extraction technique : Liquid-liquid Extraction Technique with tBME
Column Used          : C18 column.
Mobile Phase used    : Acetonitrile: 10 mM ammonium acetate buffer
                       [85:15,v/v(%)]
Internal Standard    : Two Internal Standards (one for +ve ion mode and
                       other for -ve ion mode) were used.
Extraction Recoveries: Drug A; LQC: 66%, MQC: 71%, HQC: 72%
                       Drug B; LQC: 71%, MQC: 71%, HQC: 68%
Analytical Run Time  : 4.0 min.
