lipemic effect during method validation [Bioanalytics]

Dear dr harish
Thanks for the info. But how will the patients are categorized as lipemic? usually the lipid profile consists of total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, TG, VLDL & Chylomicron. we usually categorize them as primary & seconadry hyperlipidemias. So how could we categorize patients as lipemic? is there a specific lab criteria based on which they are branded as lipemic? If it is discussed in any literature, please provide the link / material reference.
