i would like to know how to perform lipemic effect during bioanalytcial method validation. Is it by adding any available lipid containing reagents to plasma or by obtaining plasma from patients of hypercholestrolemia? If any reagent has to be added to simulate lipemia, what is the reagent available (name, company)?
