Simultanously Analysis of Metabolite [Bioanalytics]

Dear all,

For two metabolites of Raloxifene (Raloxifene 6 glucuronide and Raloxifene 4 glucuronide) same analytical method prepared (simultaneously analysis-LC/MS method) having same Q1 and Q3 masses for both metabolite whereas RT has been kept differently for both.
Is it acceptable that we can differentiate the eluting peak is which metabolite depend upon the RT.

Please clarify.
