anticoagulant [Bioanalytics]

dear all,
I want a suggestion for the below case.

Anticoagulant used during method validation is (K2 EDTA). Can I do project sample analysis with other anticoagulant (K3 EDTA) with out establishing cross validation K2EDTA versus K3EDTA?
