That’s not a question of terminology, but rather of apples and oranges.
LLOQ: (Lower) Limit of Quantification
BLQ:   Below the (Lower) Limit of Quantification

Example: If the LLOQ is 10 ng/mL, any back-calculated value <10 ng/mL should not be reported as a numeric value, but with the character-string “BLQ” instead.

In the future maybe the list of commonly used Abbreviations (linked on top of the page) will help.
