Question: Bioanalytical repeat with different lab [Bioanalytics]

Dear John
As far as I understood both labs have a validated method and I guess ISR and QC data showed acceptable performance of the respective methods. So why have you had doubts about the first results? If the results from lab "B" are different what should be the reason? In which respect are the results different? The samples measured were not exactly the same, lab "A" measured the first aliquot and lab "B" the second, right?
More information is needed to give advice.
