Hi Compliance,

sorry for cutting in. If you compare back-calculated concentrations from the machines you have to take into account that both are (uncertain) estimates. Therefore, conventional regression (assuming error-free regressors) is not suitable. Consider Deming-regression (aka orthogonal regression) and/or a Bland-Altman plot (aka Tukey mean-difference plot). See also this thread.
