Blinding of QC's [Bioanalytics]

Dear group members,

As per the canadian guidelines (Part-A sec 6.9) a minimum of six QC samples composed of three concentrations in duplicate, must be blinded and analysed.
I want to know the methodology adopted for the blinding of the QC's samples during the samples analysis.
