Hi ElMaestro,

❝ Strictly the st.dev. comes from an anova's mean sq. error (model fixed effects Per, Seq, Treatment, Subj; the latter can be a random as well without impact on the outcome in the non-repliacted case) if you have one such. That way you have taken the fixed effects into account for its calculation.
