Dear Kasi,

According to your data, it is corrected to design the study administering one table of 1000mg versus two tablets of 500mg. But pay attention to dose of atorvastatin (10mg), so your study should be: one tablet of Metformin 1000 mg + atorvastatin 10 mg Vs two tablets of metformin 500 mg + one table of atorvastatin 10 mg
