solvent for dosing [Design Issues]

Dear Vijay!

❝ Why there is different quantity requrement of solvent for dosing, for ex.

❝ 240ml for us, 200ml for Anvisa, but for actual dissolution 250ml of solvent

❝ needed ?


Search (we had this numerous times)!

Hint 1: The fluid in administration is not a solvent.
Hint 2: Unquestioned tradition.
Hint 3: USP beakers existed before BE standardization.

❝ So plz reply ASAP.
